LEVANTE COFFEE
guarantees the integrity of its coffee thanks to its modern
roasting systems.
Our roasted coffee reaches a very high quality thanks
to Giovanni Cascella, whose experience
is the result of the introduction of his skills in the
industrial production systems.
The cooling process of roasted coffee takes place in blending
tanks, by a system called “ad aria”,
that is different from the ones used by the main industries.
In that way the coffee keeps its natural organoleptic
characteristics without being damaged at all.
